This is James Bond's car in Casino Royale.
It's basically a DB9 that Aston Martin customized simply for the movie. Unfortunately, it was shown parked for the whole movie, and when 007 drove it, he crashed 10 seconds later. Bummer.
Then again, Casino Royale was much different than all the other Bond movies, and is still considered to be the best Bond movie yet.

Of course, Aston Martins have been used many times in Bond movies. An Aston Martin Vanquish was used in Die Another Day
